These terms govern your use of the MMA Galla live event app at mmagalla.live, operated by MMA GALLA ApS ("MMA Galla", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
How we handle your personal data is described separately in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may use the app if you are at least 15 years old, which is the age of digital consent in Denmark. If you are under 18, some features are restricted (see section 5).
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
The app includes chat and other social features used during live events. Keep it civil.

The prediction game in this app is free to play. There is no entry fee, no stake, and no monetary prize. It is a game of skill and entertainment run alongside the event, and it is not gambling.
We may separately display links to licensed third-party betting operators. Those are not our services:
You keep ownership of anything you post: messages, feedback, your profile picture.
By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the app for the purpose of running the event. If you tick the box allowing us to quote your feedback publicly, that licence extends to our website and social channels.
We may remove content that breaks these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
If you take part in an event as a fighter, coach or staff member, you may be asked to provide additional information and documents (including medical clearance and identification) where the event or the relevant federation requires it.
Providing accurate information is your responsibility. Supplying false medical or identity information may result in removal from the event and may be reported to the relevant federation.
We aim to keep the app running throughout an event, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Live results, timings and fight cards can change at short notice, and information in the app may briefly be out of date.
The app is provided 'as is'. We do not warrant that it will be error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for losses arising from a third-party betting operator, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish law are not affected.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harass others, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms as the app develops. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will bring it to your attention in the app.
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
